For travelers who prefer to explore Rome on their own, we can provide a
Deluxe Coach transfer from the Port of Civitavecchia
to the Eternal City. On Arrival in Rome, you will be dropped off at the
city center (Lungotevere Zanardelli).
Where you will be able to spend the day at your leisure.
The transfer time between Civitavecchia and Rome is about 1 hour and 30
minutes.
Be sure to re-board your Coach no later than 15 minutes prior to the
scheduled departure time from same point you left it.
Note: All activities, including dining, will be at your discretion.
Most major shops are closed daily from 1:00 to 4:00pm.
Please keep in mind the strict dress code for visitors to St. Peter's

12:30 transfer to the City center

A walking Tour on your own in the pedestrian area in the center of
Rome will give you the possibility to see the most famous places:
(Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps,etc.) before rejoining the motorcoach for the
return to Civitavecchia in time for the ship departure.
